In my spare time – when I have time to spare – I like to write. I like to draw. I write my own songs – singing, rapping. It’s just a natural thing to me. Artwork is something that fulfills my passion. Going back to school, that’s something I’ve been very conflicted about. It’s something that I know I can do but what fulfills my passion is artwork and music. Going back to school, that just turns your whole life around. If I go back to school I want to become an orthodontist. So it’s either I just continue to work, create a more stable foundation for myself, save some money, get on my feet, branch out and be my little butterfly self, you know, leave the nest or stay in the nest, go back to school, study. Samantha Santiago, Bronx, New York
